What are Extended Artworks?

Extended Artworks are unique, custom graphics that extend and enhance the original illustration of a collectible card. We create detailed illustrations that seamlessly integrate with the card's artwork, for an extraordinary visual effect.

How do the cases work?

Each case, also called a display case, consists of a 3D-printed plastic shell and anti-UV plexiglass that protects the card from light. The sliding closure system on the back allows you to insert and remove the card easily. The magnetic back enables you to attach the included adjustable stand to display the case at your preferred angle.

Which collectible cards are the cases compatible with?

Our cases are compatible with standard-sized cards from major brands including: Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Dragon Ball, Magic, and Yu-Gi-Oh!. If you have cards with unusual dimensions, contact us to explore custom solutions.

Are cases also available for graded cards?

Yes, our cases are available for both raw (ungraded) cards and graded cards. We support the major grading companies: PSA, BGS, CGC, and GRAAD.

Is the card included when purchasing a case?

No, the card is not included. You purchase the case with the extended artwork and magnetic stand; you insert the card yourself.

Do the cases protect the cards?

Yes, our cases protect against scratches, dust, and accidental damage. The anti-UV plexiglass helps preserve the card from light exposure. However, we still recommend not leaving cards in direct sunlight.

How should the cases be cleaned?

The case can be dusted normally. For a more thorough cleaning of the plexiglass, we recommend a soft cloth such as the one for eyeglasses.

What are the production times for catalog products?

Catalog products are generally prepared within 2-3 business days from order confirmation.

Can I modify or cancel an order after confirming it?

You can request changes or cancellations by contacting us as soon as possible at info@pokearth.com or via WhatsApp at +39 3520428590. If the order is already in production or has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you accept bulk orders for stores?

Yes, we also fulfill orders for stores and retailers. For quotes on large quantities and commercial terms, contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship throughout Italy and Europe. For shipments outside the EU, contact us to check availability and costs.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Once the order is shipped, delivery times are approximately 1-3 business days for Italy and 3-5 days for Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return catalog products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in perfect condition. Please refer to our return policy for full details.
